FOR APARTMENTS

MARINA DEL REY, Calif. – A prime parcel containing 41,382 square feet and strategically positioned adjacent to prime retail centers with freeway access

has been sold to John Laing Homes for $6.75 million.

The transaction, announced by Coldwell Banker Commercial WESTMAC, is one of the largest recent land transactions in recent months.

WESTMAC brokers John Wilkerson, Alex Sachs and Craig Newlands

represented the buyer as well as the sellers, a married couple.

Property plans presently call for the construction of about 50 apartment units on the site. No firm construction schedule has been set.
