PENTHOUSE OFFICES

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- SSI Investment Management has announced

plans to occupy the penthouse suite at 9440 Santa Monica Blvd. in which it will expand its stock, bond and commodities trading activities.

Coldwell Banker Commercial WESTMAC brokers John Bertram and Craig Newlands, CCIM, represented SSI in negotiating a five-year lease for the 10,119-

square-foot penthouse suite which produced a lease of about $2.5 million.

An October 1 occupancy is planned.

Landlord Oppenheim Immodilien-Kapatalesellcchaftmbh was represented by Mitch Stokes and Joe King of Madison Partners.
