CENTER TO OPEN IN JANUARY

CULVER CITY, Calif. -- Los Angeles Speech & language Therapy Center, Inc. will experience a ______ percent increase in space when it relocates

from Corporate Pointe to new facilities in the 18-acre master-planned Buckingham Heights Business Park early next year.

The therapy facility will occupy the entire 16,561-square foot two-story

concrete block building at 5761 Buckingham Parkway. A special landlord leasing team

from Coldwell Banker Commercial WESTMAC, comprised of Greg Batiste, Craig Newlands and Amanda Nagler, represented owners Anthony Buccola and Larry Nagler

in finalizing a six-year lease valued at nearly $1.3 million. Rommy Rassmussen of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant.

The new therapy center building was constructed in 19___, according to Batiste, and remodeled in 19___. Off-street parking provisions for more than 70 vehicles

were included in the lease.
