CULVER CITY, Calif. -- W.L. Homes has leased a 9,944-square-foot suite of offices at 10950 Washington Blvd., in a five-year, $1.4 million transaction, helped by Craig Newlands, CCIM, and Alex Sachs of Coldwell Banker Commercial WESTMAC.

Michael Price of The Klabin Co. represented the landlord, ECI Washington, LLC.

Occupancy is set for May.
